With a portfolio that includes iconic single malt brands like Glenfiddich, Ian played a pivotal role in maintaining these esteemed whiskies’ exceptional quality and reputation.

Before his tenure at William Grant & Sons, Ian held a distinguished position as the Production Director at Scottish and Newcastle Breweries, now part of the renowned Heineken Group. During his 26-year tenure, Ian oversaw the production of a diverse range of beloved brands, including the cherished Jura whisky from the Islands and global beer brands like Heineken, and Fosters, now owners of India’s Kingfisher.
