Graeme Ison

Graeme is a Speyside Non-Executive Director with a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Originally from London, Graeme’s Scottish ancestry runs deep, originating from Troon on the West coast of Scotland. He is based in Guernsey in the Channel Islands providing valuable insight and guidance to Speyside Capital in the distribution sector. He sees Whisky as an exciting and attractive asset class with great potential for growth in the international retail fund and private equity market.

Graeme was recently responsible for Arden International’s wealth platform’s Channel Islands, trust company, and European IFA business while working on other key relationships for Arden. Prior to that, he worked on the platform side of Momentum in Asia before joining RL360 in 2012, then owned by Royal London. He was based with RL360 for over 8 years in Hong Kong, where he was part of a tremendously successful period for the business as part of the wider IFGL (international financial Group Limited).

As Non-Executive Director, Graeme brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and strategic insight to the board. He is highly respected in the international financial services industry, and his contributions to the field have been widely recognised.
