Rohit is a distinguished business leader and an accomplished media executive with 40+ years of experience, bringing unparalleled strategic vision and expertise to his role as the Non-Executive Director at SpeySide Capital.
With an impressive 20-year tenure at Xerox and another 20-year journey at Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI), Rohit’s leadership has been outstanding. He has played a pivotal role in shaping the growth and market presence of SPNI, where he previously served as Chief Revenue Officer, Rohit guided the revenue function with exceptional leadership, driving the organisation to achieve superlative performance even during unprecedented times.
His invaluable expertise and guidance have been instrumental in shaping Sony Pictures Networks India success, including expanding the network’s distribution footprint, forging key partnerships, and driving advertising sales across multiple platforms, including television rights for the Indian Premier league, FIFA world cup and UEFA football tournaments.
In 2019, Rohit’s exceptional contributions to the media and entertainment industry were recognised when he was elected Chairman of the Board of Governors of Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI).
